Sentinel is a hyper-casual mobile game where you defend a delicate and fragile object from being destroyed by incoming environmental hazards

Game Loop
Players controls the red circle, also known as the Sentinel, to block attacking enemies from destroying the central object, in this case, a balloon. Press and hold your finger on the Sentinel and drag it around the screen to survive as long as possible while the hazards fly towards the balloon from 6 different directions. You must move around the balloon as you can not pass through it. Every block adds to your score, but as soon as an enemy gets by, it's game over.
In-Game Store
Amongst the projectiles hurdling towards the middle of the screen are coins, which you collect by allowing it to collide with the balloon. Using these coins, you can purchase power-ups to enhance your game. These include 2x multiplier to your score, a shield which can take one hit, and an ability that clears the screen of all enemies when things are getting too hectic. Amongst the power-ups are purchasable skins to alter the appearance of the game. Soon to be implemented will be an underwater ocean theme, where the central object will be a bubble, and a restaurant theme where it is a wine glass. Players are also given the opportunity to play an ad to receive free coins.


Enemies
Perilous projectiles spawn from the edge of the circular play area at a certain rate, but will increase as the game continues. The longer you survive, the faster enemies will appear. With the default theme the current threats are birds and drones. With the underwater theme they will be fish and garbage, and the restaurant theme will be forks and knives.
